About the west wing
Built in the 1970s, the west wing is the newest part of the building. However, it has also been the source of the most problems at matt 25 and the roof is the chief culprit. we have patched it repeatedly, but we need a more permanent solution.
The problem outlined
We love our old building, but the west wing has been leaking from day one and has remained unused. our challenge is to get it “in the dry” so that we can provide more services and/or expand existing services. a new roof would allow us to strategize on how best to use the west wing in serving our community.
goals and objectives
rather than continue to patch the roof, we want to pitch it meaning an entirely new roof that will go over the west wing ending the leaks.
estimate is secured
we don’t get tons of rain but we get enough and know more is coming. we have secured an estimate from Reed roofing for:

As with any estimate, it is only good for a limited time.
We are asking for your help in three areas.
why does this matter?
in the usable areas, we have used the west wing for food and clothing distribution. in 2022, we served over 4,000 families for food and over 1,000 for clothing. a roof will help us help more in clovis!
